My Ad Was Stolen By “Loulo” On Windsor.Kijiji.Ca
Recently, I had my ad stolen, and copied almost word for word. I say almost, because the only things that were changed were the title (one word + rate), and the number of years of experience, as well as the removal of reference to my website.
I discovered yesterday, February 12th 2014, that on February 6th 2014 another person (who appears to be going by the name “Loulo”), claiming to be psychic, healer, energy worker, etc., had stolen my ad and is using it as his or her own.
The only reason I discovered this was because I decided to do a search for “tarot readings” to see what others are listed; I do this from time to time. And this is what I found.

I was actually in there yesterday to alter my ad a bit. I wanted to make a few minor changes, which I did prior to finding the above.
Normally, when I go to Kijiji, it’s to see how many views I have had on my ad. I did that and made some changes prior to doing the search. When I was in there, something told me that it was time to do the search. I’m glad I listened.
So, above was the search, and now, below, are the actual ads. Note the similarities. This person stole my ad from what it was as of February 6th. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch this before I altered my ad, so I can’t show the exact ad, but I do still have the wording in a document which I will copy and paste. As well, I will point out what I had altered yesterday.

Not only did this person keep the exact wording for my ad, he or she also kept MY NAME in the ad, as well as my hours!!! I’m NOT happy about that at all!!!
Now, if I don’t fix this somehow, I’ll end up associated with this person. I can’t have that. I have no associations with this person, nor have I met him or her. I know nothing about this supposed psychic.
It gives me the same feeling of having my identity stolen. That’s not a good feeling to have at all! I don’t like this one bit.
Part of me is extremely angry over this, and another part of me is flattered. I’m angry because my work was stolen and I’m made to look like a fool, but flattered because it makes me think my ad must be THAT good that it was used.
Other thoughts that go through my head over this, which came later on in the day, is that this person may be from another country and not speak much English, and maybe THAT’S why they took my nicely worded ad. If this is the case, then they shouldn’t be giving Tarot readings to English speaking people in the first place if they themselves can’t speak it, therefore the ad itself shouldn’t be in English. It just irks me so much.
Seriously though, if you’re going to steal someone’s ad, take the idea from it, and the format. Change the wording to something that is your own. If you don’t have permission to take and use someone’s work, don’t do it; that’s just wrong.
I’m not rich in any way. Just because I present myself in a very well-to-do manner does not mean I am rich. I struggle, just like a lot of you. I’ve learned to live off of very little. For years now, I’ve been giving my readings away for free, when I’ve seriously wanted to charge for them. I’ve been reading Tarot for free, healing for free, and doing other psychic tasks FOR FREE! But, that’s because I am kind like that. I only recently started charging for my readings, having a pay-only basis. A girl needs to eat, and feed her family, and keep a roof over their heads.
I’m sorry that by the look of my website, and by my actions and how I present myself that I look like I’m doing better than I am. I live life the best I can with what I have, and that is what I try to teach others to do as well. I may not have much, but I give when and where I can.
As it is, I am scheduled to be at a charity benefit in May, where my services will be donated, and I am more than happy to provide the service. I’m actually quite excited about it.
It takes time for business to build up. It takes time to acquire clients. I have to rely on word-of-mouth referrals for my business to grow. These things take a lot of time and a lot of effort. So, when someone comes along, and steals my words, and keeps my name, and all that stuff, it really undermines my credibility. It makes me look like a shyster; which I’m NOT!
All I want (all I’ve EVER wanted) is to help people. I help people through Tarot readings, psychic counseling, and healing sessions. I work with people’s energy to help them to feel better and to be better, and to give them a better outlook on their lives. This is what I do; this is what I have always done.
It is unfortunate that I have to ask for money for my services, but as was stated above, I, like a lot of other people, am struggling to get by. With little available for jobs out there, and no experience for what IS available, it’s a difficult time a lot of us face right now. I am offering what I can in return for some form of payment. I don’t think that’s too much to ask.
But when someone comes along and tries to steal that away from me, it makes it difficult. By using the same ad, word for word, it makes it look as though I am part of a sham ring of psychics just looking for people’s money. I’m not like this at all. I truly help, and I will continue to help.
I have quite a number of online followers whom I’ve helped; some with counseling, others with readings, and others with healings. For some it was help to remove unwanted negative forces and to help deal with demons. Unfortunately for me, most of these people are spread across the globe and cannot come to see me to pay for one of my readings. Yes, I have their support, and their testimonials, but that is all. There are no words to describe how thankful I am for their support.
All I’m asking for is to gain a local following. I need a number of people who trust me, my intuition, and my guides; much like my online supporters have. I can’t get that if I am made to look the fool because of someone’s ad, which was stolen from me.
My prices are what they are because I AM all the things I state, and I am worth every dime of what I charge. I am worth much more, actually. But, you can’t find that out for yourself unless you take a chance on me and come see me.
Please, don’t be fooled by imposters, and don’t be taken in by shysters.
